Welcome To Saltwater at Phillip Island

Combining a love of the ocean with quality local produce, Saltwater opened to the public in 2017. Patrons found an exceptional a la carte dining experience, which is then paired with 270 degree waterfront views overlooking Cape Woolamai and San Remo, and the northern view of the entire Westernport Bay. All contributing to make Saltwater both a destination venue, and a favourite for locals alike.
