TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note:

All reservations of 2 have a seating time of 1.5hrs unless the booking is from 7:15pm onwards - which have until closing time (11pm Fri+Sat nights/10pm all other nights).

All reservations of 3 or more, have a seating time of 2 hours unless booking is from 6:15pm onwards - which have until closing time (11pm Fri and Sat nights/10pm all other nights).

Credit card details are required to secure ALL bookings. Charges only apply in the event that you cancel within 12 hours of the booked time, or do not arrive for your scheduled reservation, or for a significant reduction in numbers on the day ($20 per person).

Bookings will be held for no more than 10 minutes from your booking time.

During peak times, booking duration’s are not extended for late arrivals as tables are typically re-booked directly after your booking.

WEDDINGS: All weddings/elopement/engagement bookings are strictly FULL VENUE hire only.

Table Types: ALL TABLES HAVE WATER VIEWS!

Bridge View Dining - Our 2 Seater window tables with an amazing view of the Phillip Island bridge, Woody Point beach and San Remo Jetty - looking up the Eastern entrance channel, Cape Woolamai sand dunes and San Remo sandbar. Welcome to book for 2 and add a 3rd chair to the table (just add a note in comments, also please note: these tables are a 1.5hr sitting time unless booked after 6:45pm - then you’ll have till close).

Main Dining Room - This includes all of our main dining area (including upstairs mezzanine tables). With water views from every angle!

Bar - Bar tables have a high stool with back + a beautiful 180 degree view looking north over the Bay, or south to the Bridge and San Remo Jetty.

Keg Room (PRIVATE DINING ROOM) - Our private 5-8 seater table in the “Keg Room” overlooking the sandy beach to San Remo jetty and Phillip Island Bridge. Great for a private dinner with family or drinks/cocktails and tapas/pizzas with your mates!

Indoor Picnic Tables or long table - These are our indoor tables which reserve for larger groups of 6 to 26 guests (max). We can add a chair to the ends of the table should one of your guests require a back on the seat. These are located on the ground floor of our venue.

Bay View High Tables - These tables have 4 stools each with a large fixed window looking north over the bay. Watch the boats come in/out of the marina or enjoy the rising or falling tides.

Outdoor picnic tables - Get in quick to secure your outdoor table - these are not booked. Hint: if the wind is coming from the South-East, South, or South-West this is the place to be!

Mezzanine Balcony - Outside overlooking the Newhaven Jetty, Bridge and fast flowing channel, awesome spot for a few arvo drinks! Walk-ins only:)
